Course 1: Communication Essentials
In this course, you’ll learn about the fundamental communication skills that differentiate high performing leaders. You’ll dive into specific verbal and non-verbal communication techniques, as well as skills for effective written communication.
Course 2: Relationships & Conflict
This course equips you with the skills to navigate and successfully resolve conflict, deliver feedback, build relationships, and communicate with diverse peers and associates. You’ll learn a proven framework for giving feedback and practice navigating pushback and disagreement.
Course 3: Problem Solving & Decision Making
In this course, you’ll learn a systematic way to approach problem solving and decision making to minimize time spent on finding a solution and optimize the chances of finding a successful outcome. You’ll learn how to define a problem by identifying the root cause, and strategies to make complex decisions in a fast-paced environment.
Course 4: Acting & Adapting
This course is focused on not only improving your personal productivity and efficiency, but also that of your team. Course 5: Analytics for Operations Leaders

Yes! The entire program is 100% online with no required class times. You can complete the work on your own schedule while keeping up with your deadlines. It’s built for working warehouse associates like you.

What is the schedule?
The program will run from June 10, 2025 to October 27, 2025, consisting of five courses which will be open for 2-4 weeks each. You should expect to spend 5 – 7 hours per week completing your coursework. The program is flexibly-paced, meaning you can move as quickly or slowly as you’d like through each course, as long as you complete all sections and projects during the 2-4-week course period. We provide a suggested course schedule to help pace yourself through each course. The program will consist of 16 total weeks of coursework and 4 review weeks.
What requirements do I need?
Before enrolling, students must have a high school diploma or GED equivalent and basic computer literacy skills.
What are the eligibility requirements?
You are eligible to participate in the program if you have been employed as a regular full-time (40+hours per week), reduced time (30+ hours per week), or part-time (20-29 hours per week) hourly L1-L3 blue badge employee for 90 continuous days by program start date.

This program is primarily designed for Associates who are excited to progress in their careers to roles like Process Assistant, Operations Manager, Shift Lead and similar operations leadership positions. What is Pathstream?
Pathstream is a provider of digital skills training based in Silicon Valley. We partner with leading tech companies and universities to develop programs that prepare people for in-demand jobs.
What kinds of career support will I receive?
You will work individually with a career coach who will help you update your resume and LinkedIn profile to feature your new skills and past work experiences. They will help you identify exciting jobs to apply to and get ready for interviews. Pathstream’s Career Services team will also introduce you to recruiters and hiring partners who are looking to hire people with your skills. You can learn more here.
What technology and devices do I need?
All you need is a Windows or Mac computer or laptop and stable internet connection. While you can complete the lessons on most devices including phones and tablets, labs and projects require a Windows or Mac laptop or desktop computer. For that reason you are not able to complete the course with only a phone, iPad/tablet, Chromebook, or Linux machine.
If I take this program, does that mean that I will get promoted into a higher-paying job at Amazon?
Not necessarily. Some Career Choice programs are aligned to specific roles at Amazon, but you still have to go through the application and interview process to get the job. There is no guarantee that you will get a higher-paying job at Amazon in your field of study just because you completed a Pathways program.
What kinds of services or supports are available for for students with disabilities throughout the program?
While most of the course content is written or delivered through videos with closed captions, coaching calls and instructor office hours take place through zoom calls. We are unable to offer sign language interpretation of courses at this point. Please notify Amazon at least one month in advance of the program start date if you need a sign language interpreter to participate in these calls.
