Module 1: Communication Essentials
Learn the core communication skills used by high-performing leaders, including verbal, non-verbal, and written communication techniques.

This module equips you with the skills to navigate and successfully resolve conflict, deliver feedback, build relationships, and communicate with diverse peers and associates. You’ll learn a proven framework for giving feedback and practice navigating pushback and disagreement.
Module 3: Problem Solving & Decision Making
In this module, you’ll learn a systematic way to approach problem solving and decision making to minimize time spent on finding a solution and optimise the chances of finding a successful outcome. You’ll learn how to define a problem by identifying the root cause, and strategies to make complex decisions in a fast-paced environment.
Module 4: Acting & Adapting
This module is focused on not only improving your personal productivity and efficiency, but also that of your team. Yes, the entire course experience is online and can be completed on your own schedule as long as you work towards the deadlines set in each course. Our courses are designed for working professionals, students, and parents!

The programme will run from 15 July to 24 November, 2025. Each of the five modules will be available for 2–4 weeks. The average learner commits 5–7 hours per week. You’ll receive a suggested schedule to help you stay on track, but the learning is self-paced within each course window. The programme will consist of 16 total weeks of coursework.
The program is available to all Level 1–3 blue badge regular and temporary hourly or salaried (full-time, flex time, part time, reduced time, or fixed term) employees who have been employed with Amazon in an eligible role for at least 1 continuous year by the programme start date. This includes Customer Fulfilment (Fulfilment Center ONLY). Please log into Amazon Career Choice to verify if you are eligible.
This programme is primarily designed for Associates who are excited to progress in their careers to roles like Team Lead, Operations Manager, Area Manager and similar operations leadership positions.

All you need is a Windows or Mac computer or laptop and stable internet connection. While you can complete the lessons on most devices including phones and tablets, labs and projects require a Windows or Mac laptop or desktop computer. For that reason you are not able to complete the course with only a phone, iPad/tablet, Chromebook, or Linux machine.
Not necessarily. Some Career Choice programmes are aligned to specific roles at Amazon, but you still have to go through the application and interview process to get the job. There is no guarantee that you will get a higher-paying job at Amazon in your field of study just because you completed a Pathways programme.
While most of the course content is written or delivered through videos with closed captions, coaching calls and instructor office hours take place through zoom calls. We are unable to offer sign language interpretation of courses at this point. Please notify Amazon at least one month in advance of the program start date if you need a sign language interpreter to participate in these calls.
