What is this programme all about?

This is a fully-funded leadership development programme designed for eligible FC Associates (L1–L3, Blue Badge) who have completed 1 year of continuous employment by 15 July 2025.

Associates will:

-Strengthen communication skills to clearly share ideas and collaborate effectively

-Build strategic problem-solving skills to improve operations

-Prepare for roles with leadership responsibilities such as Team Lead

-They’ll graduate ready to make a bigger impact and contribute to team performance at a higher level.

Here’s how Associates apply:

1. Visit the Landing Page: They can learn more about the programme and check their eligibility.

2. Join the Waitlist: They should submit their name and email to get started. Once our application is live we’ll notify eligible Associates.

3. Submit an Application: They should complete the application form. After completing the form, they will receive an email confirmation with further instructions and next steps. If their application is accepted, a Pathstream expert or instructor will be reaching out to schedule a short admission call to discuss the program and your application.

4. Admissions Call: If eligible, they’ll be invited to attend a short admissions call with a Pathstream expert or instructor.

5. Decision: If approved, they’ll receive an official enrolment email. If not selected, they will receive a polite rejection email with encouragement to apply again in the future.

Module 1: Communication Essentials
In this module, they’ll learn about the fundamental communication skills that differentiate high-performing leaders. They’ll dive into specific verbal and non-verbal communication techniques, as well as skills for effective written communication.

Module 2: Relationships & Conflict
This module equips them with the skills to navigate and successfully resolve conflict, deliver feedback, build relationships, and communicate with diverse peers and associates. They’ll learn a proven framework for giving feedback and practice navigating pushback and disagreement.

Module 3: Problem Solving & Decision Making
In this module, they’ll learn a systematic way to approach problem solving and decision making to minimize time spent on finding a solution and optimize the chances of a successful outcome. They’ll learn how to define a problem by identifying the root cause, and strategies to make complex decisions in a fast-paced environment.

Module 4: Acting & Adapting

This module focuses on improving not only their personal productivity and efficiency, but also that of their team. They’ll learn strategies for getting things done, managing their time, and prioritizing tasks. They’ll also develop their ability to adapt to change and lead others through complex situations.

Module 5: Analytics for Operations Leaders
In this module, they’ll develop and practice essential data analytics skills for any operations leadership role. They’ll learn to write formulas and utilize key functions to organize data and identify insights. They’ll also learn how to analyze dashboards and identify issues to improve processes and performance. Finally, they’ll learn to create well-structured reports that display their insights and analytics work to stakeholders.

As part of this certificate, they will have access to coursework on the following topics:

  • Stress Management & Emotional Resilience: they’ll learn to apply research-backed stress management techniques to manage stressful situations and maintain emotional stability and peak performance.
  • STAR Interview Preparation: they’ll get hands-on practice using the STAR method for interviewing. They’ll develop a story bank to use in interviews, and practice turning those stories into the STAR framework.

Yes! The entire programme is 100% online with no required class times. They can complete the work on their own schedule while keeping up with deadlines. It’s built for working warehouse associates.

While they can complete the lessons on most devices including phones and tablets, labs and projects require a Windows or Mac laptop or desktop computer. For that reason they are not able to complete the course with only a phone, iPad/tablet, Chromebook, or Linux machine.
